This case study about one of our most recent events was held on one of the biggest estates in the hills of Beverly Hills: a large scale wedding with 200 guests in a 5700 square foot outdoor space including a greenhouse where a reception and post-reception brunch were held. Aside from its gorgeous surroundings up in the storied neighborhood of Mulholland Drive, this estate boasted a pool, a greenhouse, beautiful lawns, and an eight bedroom estate.
Our staff of cleaners conducted pre-, live-, and post-event cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cobweb removal, general wiping and disinfecting of space, picking up and discarding abandoned food and beverage receptacles, and gathering trash for removal. During the reception, we provided bathroom attendants to keep the restrooms clean and frequently disinfected high touch point surfaces in compliance with Covid-19 prevention procedures.
Our crew worked all day Saturday to tidy and clean the space, essentially from eleven in the morning until midnight. We then sent in a night-shift crew to turn over the outdoor greenhouse in preparation for the brunch, then returned later Sunday afternoon to provide post-brunch cleaning services. Once all the vendors were gone on Tuesday, we came in for one last clean to leave the space as immaculate as it was found.
