We were recently contracted to service a one day event for disadvantaged kids around the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas. Here is a case study on this Las Vegas activation produced by NCompass International and held by LV Reach which sponsored football clinics and food for young kids at a venue a few miles east of the Las Vegas Strip. Food trucks from companies like Wahlburgers were on site, and the space was built out in a parking lot.
With the event expecting 1400 people with 350 people on site every hour for four hours, we provided three cleaners, power washing of the parking lot and cement sidewalks, 10 trash bins, 10 recycling bins. and a 20 cubic yard dumpster for that event.
Before the event, we sent two cleaners in for two hours to thoroughly clean out the offices, including the restroom and floors. We also provided power-washing of the concrete hallway next to the parking lot and in front of the office spaces where there had been dirt, grime, discarded trash, and some gum.
The dumpster was delivered the morning of the event and we arranged to have it removed at the very end of the day so that the client did not have to worry about graffiti tagging or having the dumpster filled with other people’s trash.
Post-event, we sent one cleaner in the following day for four and a half hours to thoroughly sweep the parking lot and make sure there was no trash left over. The client was exceptionally pleased, not only with the craftsmanship of the job, but also with the efficiency of handing the entire site cleaning plan and platform over to us so that she did not have to deal with multiple vendors. We were, from start to finish, a one stop shop for all her event cleaning needs.
